Induction training
No matter which area of the business you join, you’ll receive an induction that will help you settle into your team and role and leave you feeling involved, inspired and excited about your career.
Induction starts before you join, with all new colleagues receiving a Welcome Pack that provides useful information to get you started during the first few days with us. On arrival you will attend a very informative Welcome Day, followed by an induction programme specific to your role and work area.
Skills development
We strive to ensure colleagues are effective in what they do. In achieving this we offer a range of programmes that enhance existing capability, enrich personal skills and improved performance in role.
Management development
Our management development programme aims to provide first-time managers with the skills needed to manage effectively. In addition, it provides advanced skills to existing managers to raise performance and prepare them for the next step towards leadership.
